The following frequently asked questions and answers provide information on the purpose and the role of a house corporation. It also provides information on house corporation finances as well as reports and forms for which the house corporation is responsible.

  • Suitable for all Delta Gamma house corporations 
  • Geared to strengthen your house corporation's financial base 

Why become a participant of FHC? Because FHC can.. 

  • Institute and administer payroll management 
  • Provide record-keeping and IRS reporting services 
  • Reduce bookkeeping or accounting service costs 
  • Invoice your collegiate chapter and collect funds 
  • Process payment of all house corporation bills 
  • Balance your local house corporation account

FHC promises to...

  • Provide monthly financial reports to your house corporation
  • Act as liaison with the insurance company for questions, claims, and effective risk management
  • Act as liaison with any governmental agency and file all reports
  • Provide you with volunteer and staff consultants
  • Assist with budget planning and sound financial management
  • Make your house corporation duties less complicated
