Send us your best photos. Email us your highest quality photos that best represent your chapter or group. These photos may be used for speeches, presentations, the DG Web site, DG’s fan page, an extension Web site, brochures and videos.
Examples of requested photos:
• Anchor Games – Anchor Splash, Anchor Slam, etc.
• Sisterhood events
• Service projects or fund-raising events
• Scholarship - caps and gown photos, study tables, etc.
• Leadership events - training, officer transition, lectureships
• Recruitment events - show us your DG letters!
• Bid Day
• Homecoming and other campus events
• Collumnae gatherings such as Founders Day
• Anything about which you want to brag to others
These photos may be used for printed materials; therefore, when possible, please send files that are more than 300 ppi/dpi. We will also most definitely use photos on screen (PowerPoint and Web site). Photos used in PPTs and on the Web need to be a be a minimum of 72 ppi. In most cases, if the photo is 1MB or higher, it is a higher resolution photo. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any questions about file size. Tip: wide, panoramic photos will work best on the DG Web site!
We cannot accept photos with cups or alcohol. We rarely are able to use photos of the DG salute. Smaller group shots seem to work best - anywhere from 2-10 people (in the very large groups it is difficult to see everyone). Do not send copyrighted photos. (Do not send ANCHORA submissions here; use the ANCHORA submission tool here.)
When you submit your photos, please include your chapter name in the title of the photo. Also, include the name of your chapter/group in the cutline, (i.e.,: collegians from Beta-Washington or alumnae of Chicago West Suburban...). Include full names, if possible.
We look forward to seeing you at your best! Submit your favorite photos (maximum of three images; submitted one at a time) now by using our easy DG photo submission tool: http://www.deltagamma.org/photosubmit.aspx.
