Apply Now!Delta Gamma Collegiate Development Consultants (CDCs) are recent graduates whose full-time responsibility is to support our collegiate chapters across the United States and Canada. They visit various college campuses throughout the school year or support one chapter as a new chapter consultant. Their duties include officer education, leadership development, chapter operations, recruitment support and new chapter development. The CDC program is partially funded by the Delta Gamma Foundation.
Collegiate Development Consultants support our collegiate chapters in three ways:
CDCs gain a variety of skills when working in their roles. They learn how to work with groups and individuals, coach teams and leaders, analyze and assess environments and dynamics, communicate verbally and in written communication and prepare and facilitate training workshops and presentations. New chapter consultants gain skills in recruiting, marketing, education and leadership. They are motivated and driven leaders who take ownership of their work and take initiative in all situations. They are independent and adaptable when faced with challenges. CDCs are seen as role models in Delta Gamma and represent the Fraternity by embodying Article II. They are professional, organized and detail-oriented leaders who have a deep passion for educating and supporting our collegiate members.
If this sounds like you and you’re interested in becoming a Collegiate Development Consultant, whether you’re graduating this year or thinking about the future, complete an interest form and someone from EO staff will send you more information.
