Foundation Board of Trustees Nominations are Now Open

The Governance Committee is now accepting nominations for the Foundation Board of Trustees (BOT). Nominate yourself or another alumna to fulfill this important role. Two trustees will be elected at the Foundation Annual Meeting in June 2025 for three-year terms, running 2025-2028.

The deadline to nominate is February 15, 2025 by 5 p.m. Eastern time. More information on the BOT nomination process, including the nomination form, can be found here.

2025-27 Leadership Appointments

The 2025-27 Fraternity Regional Specialists, Alumnae Development Consultants and Regional Foundation Coordinators applications are officially open! There are separate applications for Fraternity and Foundation roles. Those interested in both types of positions will need to submit each application.

Apply to be a Regional Foundation Coordinator

Apply to be a Fraternity Regional Specialist or Alumnae Development Consultant

The Fraternity and Foundation applications will be open until 11:59 p.m. PT on Thursday, January 23.

All applicants will participate in an interview, which will be scheduled on the application. The Volunteer Development Committee (VDC) will interview Fraternity applicants, while members of the Foundation Governance Committee will interview Foundation applicants. Applications submitted earlier will have the most options for interview times.

If you are interested in the Leadership roles, we encourage you to complete the appropriate application or share it with another alumna who you think would be a good fit! The Volunteer Position Description Handbook has more information about the responsibilities of each volunteer position. If you have further questions, please email Associate Director for Training and Volunteer Management Lauren Utley, at lauren.utley@deltagamma.org.

Interested in volunteering for Delta Gamma?

Complete an application to become a local volunteer to express your interest. It takes just a minute to register and your form will be viewed by our assistant director of volunteer management. Local volunteers include alumnae group officers, collegiate chapter advisers and house corporation board members. You can also review the Fraternity & Foundation Volunteer Position Description Handbook to learn more about each specific position.

Short Term Volunteer Opportunities

We know volunteering takes time, and with more competition for your time, it can be difficult to commit to a role for a sustained period. We are launching short-term volunteer opportunities to engage more of our sisters and help Delta Gamma!

These opportunities range from reviewing copy to helping with data analysis. We seek to build a pool of volunteers who may be called on from time to time to assist the Fraternity with projects. These volunteer assignments should take no more than five hours to complete and are not on a recurring basis.

We want to collect information from interested volunteers to begin building the pool. You can join the pool here. Feel free to share with others you think would be a good fit, too! As Fraternity Leadership and staff members need support, they will contact individuals from this list. Therefore, there may not be a project for you soon. However, if something may fit, the relevant stakeholder will contact you directly with more details and see if you are available.
